If you change your mind about any product that you purchase we will happily refund your money under the following conditions:

You present a valid sales receipt
-and-
the product has failed to operate properly
-or-
the product is in packaging are like-new and resellable.

****Bikes are not included in the cash-back policy as they are serialized and can only be sold as new once.****

We will also exchange merchandise or offer you in-store credit under the following conditions:

Your present a valid sales receipt and the product is useable, but may not be sold as new.

i.e.: items without proper packaging...special limitations apply to complete bicycles. Ask.


Special order / layaway return policy

Order deposits and products, as well as layaway deposits, will be returned/exchanged for in-store credit only.*

*certain situations may result in re-stocking and/or shipping charges

No returns accepted after 90 days

Additional manufacturer's warranties and grace periods may apply...ask!
